Rookie Lifesaving Club accepts children from the current swim school once they have reached the top of the Levels. Children from 11 years old are welcome to join.

Lifesaving and Rookies as a whole trains young people to undertake the Lifesaving 1, 2 & 3 awards and continue towards attaining the Bronze, Silver and award of merit awards.

Lifesaving:

'Lifesavers' is the Royal Life Saving Society's leading drowning prevention and water safety charity. Red Lodge Pool is now a member committed to training lifesaving techniques. Life Saving is also a recreational and competitive sport giving life skills that are personally satisfying and a contribution to society.
